On September 29, Liang Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of 15MCC, led a team to Tianjin to visit Guo Guihe, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: China Tianchen). The two sides exchanged views on project cooperation and follow-up overseas business cooperation. 

Guo Guihe welcomed the arrival of Liang Lei and his party, affirmed the professional advantages of 15MCC in mining, smelting, industrial engineering, etc., and introduced China Tianchen's full-chain service capabilities of "research, investment, construction, transportation, and sales". Constructed and formed a "one core and multiple" business development pattern. He said that the 15MCC has a deep foundation and outstanding professional capabilities in key overseas countries. He hopes that each other will work together in cooperation projects, actively promote project performance, and contribute to the high-quality development of overseas business of both parties.

Liang Lei introduced the overall situation of the company and the development strategy of "based on non-ferrous metals and jumping out of non-ferrous metals". He said that the 15MCC has been deeply involved in overseas for a long time, and has profound overseas regional resource integration capabilities and project management and construction capabilities. The 15MCC will provide all-round support services for this project cooperation and efficiently promote project construction. 

During the exchange, the two sides exchanged views on the implementation and planning of cooperation projects. Heads of relevant departments and cooperation projects of China Tianchen, principals of foreign companies of 15MCC, and heads of relevant departments participated in the event.
